    Welcome to LeveliU ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the LeveliU mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

    ** 2. Description of Service
    LeveliU provides career acceleration tools powered by Artificial Intelligence (Gemini API), designed to assist users with professional development. Our services include:

  • CV Analysis: AI-driven scoring and improvement suggestions.
  • Job Matching: Compatibility analysis between user profiles and job descriptions.
  • Career Planning: AI-generated career roadmaps and salary estimations.
  • Corporate Translator: Rewriting text for professional contexts.
  • Interview Coach: Simulated interview practice via AI chat.
  • Gamification: Tracking career progress via XP, ranks, and daily quests.

    • ** 3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You must register via Google Sign-In to access most features.
  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Login credentials.
  • Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior or violate these Terms.

    • ** 4. AI Disclaimer
    Our services use advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate advice and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes.

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee job offers, specific salary increases, promotion outcomes, or the accuracy of market data.
  • Professional Judgment: Use our advice as a guide, not absolute truth. Always use your own professional judgment when making career decisions. The insights provided do not constitute professional legal, financial, or career counseling.

    • ** 5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Stores").
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You must manage/cancel subscriptions directly through your Store settings (Apple ID or Google Play). We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
  • Restore Purchases: You may restore existing purchases on new devices via the "Restore" button in your Account settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to the respective Store, subject to their policies.

    • ** 6. User Content and License

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of the CVs, text, and career data you input into the App.
  • License: By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store this data solely for the purpose of providing you with analysis and feedback. We do not claim ownership of your personal career history.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on others' rights, or contains malicious code.


** 7. Intellectual Property
The App itself, including its code, design, gamification logic, graphics, and branding (excluding User Content), is the property of LeveliU and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App.

** 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeveliU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

** 9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the service for illegal activities.

** 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union (Romania), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
